Carton Feeder & Stacker for Offline Inkjet Printing
The cartons are stacked on the feeding table, each stroke of the m/c
takes one carton from the stack and slips it into asset of rollers &
rolls move it on the printing conveyor. The belt is black polyester
belt with black top suitable for inkjet printing, after printing the
cartons are collected on a stacking conveyor.
SALIENT FEATURES
- For filling the cartons in the magazine, need not stop the m/c,just go on filling
- No weight is required on the stack, Min level mark is on the table
- AC frequency drives for variable speed.
- Separate drives for Printing & Feeder- Set the printing speed and then go for feeder,
- This saves setting of printing delay
- Accurate Feeding Registration.
- Stacking of cartons on a conveyor, only one worker can give a speed of 120 cartons per min.

Pouches Feeder & Stacker for Offline Inkjet Printing
The empty Pouches / labels are stacked on the feedingPrinting table. The pick and place arrangement picks up one-pouch/ label from the stack and feeds into a set of rollers, which further transfer the pouch on the conveyor. The table moves upwards and maintains the level for picking. After code / batch printing the pouches are collected on a stacker.
